The Financial Business Partner is the interface between Global Finance, Management and Operations. Job Duties: Responsible for the overall business review report: coordinate & provide KPIs Analysis Lead the overall management reporting , forecasting and budgeting processes on legal entity and zone level and is responsible for financial Data Be the unique Interlocutor for Internal Customers (Sales, Purchasing, Operation & CAPEX, PMO…) for providing reliable and unique Financial Data including Sales, gross profit, Ebitda & cash Ensures cost controlling implementation, accuracy and delivery on time in full Ensures the monthly and annual closing work (manufacturing costs, stocks, etc.). Monitor Cash KPI, WoC KPI (DSO, DSI, DPO), cash forecast and investment/CAPEX follow up Pro-active participation in key decision making (new projects, investments, new activity, strategy…) Support M&A projects before and after acquisition Manage the financial human resources dedicated to Business Partnering at regional level Ensure compliance of BU operational procedures with Group Policies Propose actions to improve processes and tools. Inform the Regional Operation Manager of all business evolution which may affect financial topics (tax, financing etc.) Qualifications: BS in Finance or MBA and 8+ years of experience in a similar role required.
