As Head Pricing Global Accounts in Flavours you are a member of the Global Pricing Management Team. You act as Business Partner to Key Account Managers of our top customers related to all financial and pricing activities and share the ownership of the customer portfolios as well. Your responsibilities will include: Business Partnering: By acting as finance and pricing business partner to the World Account Managers you ensure growth, efficiency tracking and that the right prioritization is done holistically. Develop strategies: You develop specific pricing strategies and you ensure that agreed customer strategies by region and segments are properly executed. This requires an alignment and guidance by customer with the regions on Cost models, margin Mix and Volume vs. Costs. Managing Negotiation: You drive and manage negotiation on tenders and core supplier agreements together with the Key Account Managers for our top customers ensuring global alignment. In this context you own and produce relevant global data considering the end to end process (from Creation via Operations to Sales) for contract negotiations. Continuous Improvement: You will proactively act to improve efficiencies and profit levels through value based pricing opportunities and through your participation in driving Global Business & Pricing Projects. Your professional profile includes: University Degree in Business, Finance or relevant area – MBA or advanced degree preferable More than 10 years combined experience in pricing, finance or similar Experience in sales or related function preferably within the Flavours industry Proven track record in negotiations with global customers Business fluent in English; any additional language skills is an asset Pricing experience is a must-have Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, global, matrix environment Successful track record of effectively communicating at all levels SAP & BW experience Your future employer?
