The position of Section Leader, Quality Programs, AMEA (Asia, Middle East, Africa) , is responsible for implementation of the Mondelez Global Quality Systems and Programs in the AMEA region. Working closely with the BU Quality Leaders and Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Leads to provide timely and accurate data and feedback on quality requirements. This includes tracking and reporting the quality key performance indicators such as consumer complaints, monitoring performance on Consumer Inspired Quality (CIQ) initiatives and providing input to global programs and code of practice (COP) teams. Ongoing review and development of the quality programs and strategies to deliver continuous improvement opportunities. Educating and supporting training of new programs in the region and enabling the effective management of the regional external audit requirements, country specific quality programs and quality culture programs. Ensuring that global requirements can be met within the AMEA region and support in issue resolution. Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to) 1) Provide training and problem-solving support to the AMEA region on Global Quality Program requirements e.g. Quality Management (QM) Pillar ION (in-house system) Quality functions Integrated Digital Factory (IDF) / Infinity Quality System (iQS) / Electronics Quality Control Management Systems (eQCMS) / Tracking System - Enablon 2) Work with Global Program Leaders to provide AMEA feedback on required initiatives. Support delivery of the Consumer Inspired Quality Program within BU’s to meet targets. Critical to Quality (CTQ) Capability Improvement Defect rate reduction / Quality Culture/HSEQ Month 3) Inform AMEA leadership and stakeholders of Quality performance and requirements. 4) Manage FSSC22000, ISO9001 and 2nd Party Certifications for all manufacturing plants, warehouses and Tier Zero (T0) facilities. 5) Report on AMEA performance against the Mondelēz QCMS requirements through Internal Audit results. 6) Ensure Consumer complaint analysis is conducted for AMEA region to track key drivers and performance to targets. Manage three direct reports and maintain personal development plans. 7) Other requirements Food & Drugs Administration (FDA) SME for AMEA Qualifications Education, Knowledge, Experience Demonstrated ability to complete assignments with high degree of autonomy Proven ability to interact clearly and effectively with senior leaders and cross functional business partners to establish targets, plans and maintain timelines to ensure timely and quality execution Demonstrated ability to accomplish objectives on assignments which have ambiguity associated with their procedures, solutions, approach, etc. High level of project/program management skills. Minimum 10 years of relevant Food Industry experience. Degree qualified in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or Engineering.
