Sr. Application Technologist - Dairy - Your Future Position?
As Sr. Application Technologist Dairy, you will Support To provide technical support to customers and sales managers in the Dairy end-use segment including answering customer briefs, making proactive customer presentations and working with customers to solve technical problems. A customer facing role with a need for strong, specific technical knowledge in and strong team working skills as the best solution often requires close liaison with other technical colleagues.

Providing technical support to customers directly or through briefsEvaluation of new and existing flavours in suitable applications.Develop and modify the 'non flavour active principles' in recipes to conform to technical, legal, and commercial constraints.Provide technical information on application issues to customers as required.Assist in organising presentations on either Givaudan or customer premises, as well as support with first trial runs with customers.Monitor submissions made and retain technical relationships with contacts at key/core customers.Plan, lead and execute development and application Projects on a daily basisPerform varied and complex technical procedures and use of equipment’s to develop finished application prototypes.Maintain flavors Product Portfolio.Assist in sensory evaluations of existing and potential library flavors.Help manage and maintain lab facilities.Host customers for project work both at Givaudan FIC and customers Labs.Source new raw materials for use in new concept developmentsAdvise customers on recipe, flavorings’ and process.Win Business.

Your professional profile includes:
B Tech. in Food Technology / Dairy Technology.
8-10 years of experience in a Dairy applications-innovation lab, production, or related area.
Understanding of selected dairy applications, ingredients, and processes with practical experience in customers’ food manufacturing environment.
Basic understanding of flavour reactions/interactions in common food products.
Project management skills and the ability to successfully lead customer projects.
