  • Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines 
  • Assume lead role for all Givaudan activities for designated accounts 
  • Cultivate customer relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Givaudan as preferred supplier 
  • Develop, communicate and implement strategic account development plans, sales forecasts, and budget for key accounts, with clear KPIs 
  • Manage brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans 
  • Defend base business in key markets and with key customers 
  • Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and manage credit, pricing, rebates, etc.

Your professional profile includes: 

  • A post graduate diploma (Engineering, Chemistry or Business School)
  • At least 4-6 years successful sales, marketing or customer relationship experience in food or related industry
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • A strong result orientation
  • A consumer and customer focus
  • A very good level in English (written and oral), French recommended
