Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Warmly greet and check in visitors and directs them to appropriate meeting party. Fielding solicitors/vendors/cold sales calls.
  • Conduct clerical duties at the reception area, including filing, answering calls and preparing documents. Completes postings and distributes information as necessary, using bulletin boards, monitors, emails, etc.
  • Perform accounting tasks: prepare purchase requisitions and goods receipts in SAP
  • Provide administrative support to operations team.
  • Work with department managers to organize visits with customers, town hall meeting, lunches, etc.
  • Oversee conference room scheduling, equipment, cleaning and supplies
  • Responsible for receiving mail and small packages and for delivery to appropriate departments.
  • Oversee ordering and management of supplies including but not limited to: Office Supplies, Uniforms, Coffee, Boots, etc.
  • Perform all other related duties as requested

 

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous success in administrative role.
  • Strong communication and highly organized.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situation in a calm and professional manner
  • Proven skill with Google office, Excel, and SAP or other related database systems.
  • Ability to work effectively with both employees and managers and convey a positive and professional image to applicants, visitors and employees.
  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Must be comfortable sitting at a computer terminal for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to freely move around the entire plant and office areas.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted
