Warmly greet and check in visitors and directs them to appropriate meeting party. Fielding solicitors/vendors/cold sales calls.
Conduct clerical duties at the reception area, including filing, answering calls and preparing documents. Completes postings and distributes information as necessary, using bulletin boards, monitors, emails, etc.
Perform accounting tasks: prepare purchase requisitions and goods receipts in SAP
Provide administrative support to operations team.
Work with department managers to organize visits with customers, town hall meeting, lunches, etc.
Oversee conference room scheduling, equipment, cleaning and supplies
Responsible for receiving mail and small packages and for delivery to appropriate departments.
Oversee ordering and management of supplies including but not limited to: Office Supplies, Uniforms, Coffee, Boots, etc.
Perform all other related duties as requested
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous success in administrative role.
Strong communication and highly organized.
Ability to adapt to changing situation in a calm and professional manner
Proven skill with Google office, Excel, and SAP or other related database systems.
Ability to work effectively with both employees and managers and convey a positive and professional image to applicants, visitors and employees.
Customer service oriented
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Must be comfortable sitting at a computer terminal for long periods of time.
Must be able to freely move around the entire plant and office areas.
