About the Role

 

As a member of our Controlling and Reporting team in Budapest you will be responsible for actively collaborating with Finance and Controlling to support their daily operations, while also supporting the controllers in all areas of performance management.

If you are someone with interest and knowledge on Controlling and Reporting processes and have hands-on experience in the area here is our exciting role for you.

 

You Will:

 

  • Preparing: you will help prepare system entries, load data, check data quality and accuracy; ensure that the master data is maintained and updated for the upcoming reporting cycle; support the preparation and update of work instructions and process manuals 
  • Analyzing: you will support the analysis of Controlling/Reporting activities, make proposals to improve and standardize the processes; perform data adjustments within the reporting application and manage the process; support the population of standard reports and analysis within agreed SLAs, ensure data quality and completeness prior to sending information to the respective Finance organization
  • Maintaining: you will support the documentation and maintainance of documents, as well as maintain report requirements in specific documents: report inventory, reporting calendar, and KPI dictionary; while also participate in IT projects to enhance the reporting center`s capability 
  • Training: you will help train business counterparts and Center teams in reporting application usage, process execution and functionalities, while also providing user support for reporting application and driving issue resolution

 

You Have:

  • University or College degree
  • 3+ years of work experience in finance
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • SAP knowledge
