As a Customer Care Support Office Representative, you will accurately process orders and coordinate these with the aim of keeping customers satisfied. Keen to get going? On a daily basis, you can look forward to:• Customer care support: receiving and entering orders into SAP, respecting order entry procedures and prioritising where necessary.• Facilitating and liaising: part of a great customer care process is to ensure careful execution of requests. You will be process orientated, paying attention to shipping dates, labelling, packaging and stockholding according to customer requirements.
• Besides you will drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure on-going standardisation and simplification.
