At the Kerry Center in Beloit, we are a leader in taste and nutrition for the global food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry. We have approximately 700 employees at this location that perform various task such as finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care. This location is commutable from major cities such as Milwaukee and Madison.What you'll do:
This position will have accountability for $100MM+ per annum spend across Kerry sites in the United States and Canada. Reporting to the Director of Indirect Procurement, the Manager is responsible for the strategic sourcing activities for the Indirect Materials and Services spend, with the goal of achieving significant cost reductions, while maintaining/improving product quality and vendor service levels
In this role you will drive strategy development, deployment and strategic planning for MRO Procurement Category. You will also have the opportunity to drive compliance of contracts with plant stakeholders, collecting feedback on supplier performance.
Development of strategies (including sub spend area strategy, supplier strategy, risk management strategy and P2P strategy) to drive regional project priorities
