Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE

You will be responsible for managing and growing our business within our current customer base as well as identifying new customers and product opportunities within the ANZ market.  You will be supported by our regional and global support services including customer service, technical and marketing to identify profitable business opportunities within all departments of our customer. 

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

The main responsibilities of the role will be to:

  • Be compliant with company health and safety rules and procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing the sales of our company's product range, which includes both food ingredients and functional system, blends.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
  • Ability to network and identify new business opportunities within existing customers and new ones
  • Identify profitable business opportunities within all departments of our customer’s including technical, marketing and procurement groups
  • Utilise SFDC to manage account relationships along with account plans for top accounts.
  • To work with our customers to utilise T&L ingredients in customer specific application/process and make the best recommendation or solution to the customer.
  • Show  excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and project management skills and have a passion for innovation
  • Be able to work well autonomously as well as, part of a team
  • Constantly evaluate new business opportunities in designated areas and providing valuable customer feedback into the Tate & Lyle ANZ organisation.
  • Formulate and conduct effective sales presentations to accounts and business reviews for key accounts as required.
  •  Be fully conversant with the range of products, pricing, availability, features and benefits especially compared with key competitors.
  • Ability to network and identify new business opportunities within existing customers and new ones
  • This role can be based in Melbourne or Brisbane
  • EHS

· Perform, Maintain and improve the EHS standard and requirements as set by the Company.  Participate in the company’s EHS program including training, audit etc., arranged by the company
