The Import/Export Specialist position will be based at the Kerry Ironworks building in Beloit, WI and will work under the direction of the Project Manager – SAP Migration and Director of Supply Chain to help meet corporate, business unit, and department objectives and goals. This position will support the implementation of SAP in Kerry’s North American Sites.  They will do this by preparing, analyzing, monitoring and reporting data. Ensuring data accuracy and developing tools to effectively communicate information are keys to the position. The individual must have the ability to multitask, analyze, troubleshoot, make recommendations, and implement solutions within the business.

What You'll Do:
  • Complete transportation lead times for delivery locations
  • Import / Export planning and execution
  • Ensure all data and documentation requirements are satisfied for Tradesphere and SAP
  • Review network diagrams and study the flow of materials e.g. from warehouse to customer or vendor to customer to ensure all routes are in SAP
  • Collaborate with administration, end users, IT, and other stakeholders regarding business objectives, goals, and issues
  • Actively participate in modeling, designing appropriate back-end structures to meet business requirements
  • Provide support to troubleshoot data problems to help resolve the root cause of issues and streamline the business processes
  • Create user documentation and deliver end user training
  • Will be required to travel occasionally as needed
What You'll Need:
  • Knowledge of Import / Export freight processes
  • Knowledge of customs and export requirements
  • Knowledge of factory and DC distribution networks
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from a four-year accredited college or university in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Operations Management or related field of study
  • Advanced analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities
