At the Kerry Center in Beloit, we are a leader in taste and nutrition for the global food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry.  We have approximately 700 employees at this location that perform various task such as finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care.  This location is commutable from major cities such as Milwaukee and Madison. 

• Stakeholder management. Customers (Process Technology/RD&A/Business Development)
• Requirement gathering and project scope development.
• Resource management in a matrixed organization.
• Third Party Manufacturing performance management.
• Support other supply chain initiatives as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree is required (Supply Chain, Business or related field highly desirable). Graduate degree is preferred
• 3 + years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food & beverage company
• Demonstrated cross functional collaborations at all levels of leadership.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Experience managing 3rd party supply chain relationships
• Experience with managing contract manufacturers operations and contractual relationships
• Outstanding project management skills with a proven track record of successfully launching new products or managing technology transfers, preferably ones involving contract manufacturers
• Excellent understanding of MRP systems and SAP and there use in scheduling
• Strong knowledge of Food production supply chain principles as it relates to GMP, FDA, and Department of Agriculture regulations
