About the roleAt the Kerry Center in Beloit, we are a leader in taste and nutrition for the global food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry. We have approximately 700 employees at this location that perform various task such as finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care. This location is commutable from major cities such as Milwaukee and Madison. The Associate Brand Manager responsibilities will span across supporting on holistic brand communications planning and activation, developing sales and brand promotions, building equity with our Operator and Distributor customers, and assisting with new product innovation and renovation initiatives.
You will work with cross-functional teams of colleagues from Sales, Operations, Research & Development, and Commercial Finance. In addition, working collaboratively with the Director of Marketing, you will assist with developing and executing plans to deliver on annual and longer term financial goals, all while supporting the day-to-day needs of a category leading brand and a new brand in a high growth category.
Key responsibilitiesAssist with the development of brand strategy & key initiatives to achieve revenue, margin and market share objectives.
Develop communication strategies by brand and by product categories that effectively showcase brand leadership to and enhance brand equity with customers.
