At the Kerry Center in Beloit, we are a leader in taste and nutrition for the global food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry.  We have approximately 700 employees at this location that perform various task such as finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care.  This location is commutable from major cities such as Milwaukee and Madison. 

Key responsibilities

As an HR Director, we’ll rely on you to be responsible for all activity linked to the End-to-End Supply Chain Process Technologies.  This person will serve as a strategic partner to VP’s, leading initiatives that strengthen our business and operations. As a high level influential leader, the HR Director will leverage resources, develop relationships and drive cross functional execution on regional & functional business goals.


  • Leading, coaching and developing an HR team
  • Partners with Supply Chain/Operations on workforce planning
  • Partners with functional owners to build capable workforce, develop talent pipeline and succession plans. 
  • Leads labor negotiations, partner with legal/HR Director Central Functions
  • Own M&A process, partner with HR Director Central Functions
  • Create engagement strategies and influence culture change



Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required;   Masters or PhD preferred
  • 10-15 years’ experience in HR leadership role
  • Performance & rewards to attract, retain, and advance the workforce
  • HR service delivery model, how to capitalize on efficiencies, productivity, and structure
  • Employee relations; labor unions, negotiations, positive employee relations strategies
  • Ability to coach leaders & implement effective talent management strategies
  • Strong supply chain understanding
  • Ability to lead large teams
