It’s preferred that the Continuous Improvement Cluster Lead work from our Kerry NA Headquarters located in Beloit, WI, or commuting distance to Beloit. We have approximately 700 employees at this location in roles such as regulatory, RD&A, finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care. This site is commutable from major cities such as Milwaukee and Madison, WI, as well as Chicago, IL. This site includes employee perks such as an onsite workout facility, café and beautifully landscaped walking trails.Key responsibilities
As the Continuous Improvement Cluster Lead, you’ll lead a group of CI Specialist to deliver operational programs across food safety, quality, people/training and cost by using industry standards such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Kaizen and Visual Management.
You’ll work in conjunction with the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement to set the overall CI strategy and manage execution for the respective technology and functional areas. We’ll look to you to implement and deploy continuous improvement within the business technology to ensure consistency among processes and procedures. Focus on internal and external benchmarking along with identification, business case and implementation of process manufacturing improvement opportunities.
