At the Kerry Center in Beloit, we are a leader in taste and nutrition for the global food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry.  We have approximately 700 employees at this location that perform various task such as finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care.  This location is commutable from major cities such as Milwaukee and Madison. 

 

Key responsibilities

As an Associate Recruiter, we’ll rely on you to develop collaborative relationships and partnering with HR and hiring managers to provide staffing expertise, market related intelligence, and counsel on a variety of staffing issues to improve talent acquisition effectiveness.   As a team member, we will rely on you to effectively interpreting and translating business strategy and people requirements into original and compelling career opportunities to attract top talent.

 

  • Conducting sourcing via multiple channels, e.g. social networking, job postings, industry associations, employee referrals, etc. to ensure a robust candidate pipeline for open positions.
  • Effectively managing a requisition workload and consistently delivering on time to fill and quality of hire metrics.
  • Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle process whether the candidate is ultimately hired.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with hiring managers, ensuring the staffing plans and candidate pipeline align to meet hiring goals.
  • Engaging in continual learning and self-development to improve performance and develop functional expertise and effectiveness.

 

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Experience supporting hourly, skilled trade recruitment and/or HR generalist responsibilities are preferred.  We prefer at least 1 year of experience in this area.
  • Knowledge in managing customers/stakeholder demands.
  • Knowledge of  federal/state employment laws/regulations
