The Warehouse Manager is extremely important to us. We will rely on you to manage and coordinate activities of all personnel associated with shipping, receiving, and storing materials for the plant as well as build, motivate and grow your team through positivity and providing guidance through performance planning, career succession, interviewing/hiring, as well as being assigned to various critical projects. This position reports to the Plant Manager.Key responsibilities
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the warehouse team and provide leadership for 40 direct/indirect reports. If you’re looking to build a career and a team you can have fun with, we might be the team for you. As a Warehouse Manager, you will:
Do you have 5+ experience in warehouse management, along with shipping and receiving software (SAP)? Do you have at least 5 years of experience in a warehouse manager level position? A Bachelor’s degree and food manufacturing experience is required. Must be able to work on average 50 hours per week. Are you a champion for change, and excited to build a warehouse department from the ground up? Then this might be the right fit for you!
