Job Description

Main Accountabilities

•         Collate weekly sales for top customers from Customer Service’s weekly sales report/sales summary

•         Compilation of sales reports and minutes for Sales Meetings

•         Preparing Sales quotations, daily correspondence, presentations required by the Sales personnel

•         Maintain the TDS & MSDS library for the Company’s products.

•         Conduct basic market research by coordination with marketing teams

•         Preparation & consolidation of forecast and AOP processes for the sales team

•         Maintain filing system for quotation and correspondences for the Sales department

•         Update the monthly contract review given by customers

•         Assist in collating customers’ satisfaction feedbacks and customers’ complaints

•         Leave tracking for the Sales department

•         Manage travel arrangements for the Sales team as well as visitors

•         Other administrative duties as assigned

 

Skills & Knowledge

  • Certificate in business admin or related field
  • 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in handling of food-grade products will be an added advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good in MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Ability to follow through and hit deadlines and meticulous
  • Ability to work independently
