Where you'll work
This is a unique role that requires 30-50% travel to support one of our major brands. As a Quality Assurance Manager - Brands, you'll work near the Beloit, WI headquarters and travel to a variety of co-manufacturer sites.
This role is the primary contact for one of our major brands, and a close working relationshiup with co-manufacturer is the type of professional who will be successful in this role. The Quality Manager is critical to build a Food Safety and Quality culture, elevate the program to meet and exceed regulatory and quality expectations, and execute Quality initiatives across the unit.
Can you communicate on the fly and make quick decisions?
At Kerry, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment as the subject matter expert developing strategies in food safety, sanitation, customer service, and overall performance in quality.
You’ll investigate and solve complex issues, make decisions quickly with little information, and train and mentor your team. The work can be challenging at times, executing against the demands of this fast-paced high growth plant.
We need your confidence and expertise to develop the correct strategies, SPC programs and communicate effectively with customers. Demonstrate competencies in process capabilities and process performance through statistical measurements such as Cpks and CPs.
QA Manager requires working along cross-functional teams, leading and developing teams through communication, training and accountability.
