After 60+ years of existence, it today has six company-owned manufacturing facilities at Thane, Induri (Pune), Malanpur (Gwalior), Sricity (Andhra Pradesh), Baddi (Himachal Pradesh), and Hyderabad and 4 sales offices (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai). The corporate office is in Mumbai. 
 
We operate in five categories in India – Chocolate, Confectionery, Beverages, Biscuits, Gum and Candy and market 11 Power Brands which include Bournvita, Dairy Milk, Halls, Gems, 5Star, Choclairs, Perk, Celebrations, Bournville, Tang & Oreo. Mondelez India Foods Ltd dominates the chocolate market in India with approximately 70% share of the market.

Senior Scientist II  , R&D Biscuit, Asia, Global RDQ Biscuit

Purpose of Role

1. Maintain close contract between R&D and India BU team ,to support  India biscuit business qickly growth .                                                                              

2. Manage multiple complex projects at the same time, to ensure that every project has a  clear target and scope.                                                                    

3.Develop and execute assigned  NPD and brand  maintains projects to drive growth.


'1. Acts as a key leader on cross-functional teams in India, maintain good communication with India MKT and Manufactory key stakeholders to ensure timely project support.

2. Develop and execute assigned  NPD project s to drive biscuit  growth   

Ability to collaborate with MKT to work closely with external contacts for NPD  and  new  technologies.
Awareness of internal/external technology programs and identifies areas of application. 

3. Program/Project Leadership & Execution

Gather and analyze data in a logical fashion
Communicates progress of projects and issues with other functions within the organization
Ability to identify risks and contingencies and manage identified risks to deliver project

4. Provides input to management on strategic direction of projects

5. Analyzes results, makes recommendations and provides appropriate follow-up actions

Qualifications

Career Experiences Required & Role Implications (For NA roles please include years of work experience and education required)
'1.BS/College in food science or engineering2. 8 years+ work experience in food industry, have cake or bakery experience will be better 3. Excellent communication skill
