Where you'll work:

Our Crossville, TN location is part of our meat division and is responsible for creating liquid smoke flavors for Kerry customers and products.

What you'll do:

The Maintenance Supervisor role directs and coordinates all the activities necessary for keeping our production lines up and running, while leading a team of 7 direct reports! The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday 1st shift 7:30am-3:30pm, with flexibility in the schedule to ensure crossover and great communication between shifts.

We strongly believe in “Safety First, Quality Always” for our employees, products, and customers.The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for predictive and preventive maintenance, maintenance repair and installation of equipment and manufacturing operations to ensure continuous production operations. This role has daily interaction with in-house maintenance crew, engineers, and outside support from vendors and contractors. What you'll need to be successful in this role:

•High School diploma or equivalent
•College degree in applicable field of study is preferred, but we will consider relevant work experience
•Minimum 3-5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing environment – food, beverage, or pharmaceutical preferred.
•Proven ability to develop and retain top talent, drive process improvement while adhering to budget
•Strong understanding and ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
