Where You'll Work:

Our Rothschild, WI location is part of our Functional Ingredients & Actives (FI&A) business, and is responsible for our biopharmaceutical needs for Kerry customers and brands. This site is one of two that works with specialized lactose protein within the Kerry organization! People may not realize we're more than just great taste when it comes to food and beverage products - we truly are committed to nutrition and sciences as well!

What You'll Do:

As an HR Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the following:

 

  • Assist visitors and contractors who come on site.
  • Support the staff with coordination of office supply ordering and audit/meeting room preparation.
  • Seek involvement in continuous improvement activities and processes to support organizational progress on safety, quality, customer service and cost goals.
  • Demonstrates leadership in the areas of safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).  This requires observing and enforcing safety and GMP rules and practices, encouraging safe work behaviors, and promptly correcting conditions and unsafe behavior to ensure both employee and food safety.
  • Responsible for handling multiple hourly employee relations issues or concerns
  • Support other HR team managers to build an overall effective HR team and support development

What You'll Need:

There are a few requirements you’ll need to be successful in this job:

 

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • PHR or SPHR Certification preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in HR with knowledge of US Labor Laws
  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle employee relations issues and conflict management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence people and be solutions oriented 
  • Previous experience in a plant/manufacturing environment, distribution center, warehouse and/or other operations environment required.
