Title: Technical Sales Manager
Location: Southern Germany
Our client is a market leading global manufacturer of high margin ingredients and solutions.
The company provides innovative ingredient solutions to both food and beverage manufacturers.
They are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.
- Support and generation of growth of an existing customer base as well as acquisition of new customers in the area of Southern Germany
- Development of the business area in the area of responsibility according to the given corporate strategy
- Identification and realisation of projects or new business fields
- Creating growth plans for selected clients and implementing these growth plans in collaboration with other departments
- Development of new ideas, concepts and products together with internal teams
- Application of sales tools for efficient design of project work as well as development of customer relations at different levels
- Building an internal and external network
- University degree with a scientific or economic focus
- Several years of experience in industrial sales
- Experience in the business-to-business (B2B) business, experience in the food industry desirable
- Proven knowledge of the use of sales and marketing tools
- Good knowledge in dealing with MS Office, first experiences with Lean Six Sigma desirable
- Very good knowledge of English and communication skills
