Job Description

Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior sales and business unit leadership to identify opportunities for commercial process and tools improvements to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensure continuous development, improvement, and utilization of sales processes, sales capabilities and commercial tools and systems
  • Champion development, roll-out and adoption of SFDC – both within the sales organization and cross-functionally across N&H
  • Provide thought leadership to drive correlation between key metrics across multiple platforms including SFDC, Einstein Analytics etc. to report KPIs for business results and productivity
  • Ensure process alignment between commercial function and other functions
  • Work closely with N&H Marketing Excellence Leader to champion digitalization across the commercial function to enhance customer and business experience
  • Demand management
  • Customer data management and SOX compliance
  • Lead a global team of functional experts

Job Qualifications

 

  • 15+ years of relevant experience, incl. extensive sales or sales support leadership (food or related would be an advantage)
  • Master’s degree / MBA preferable
  • Exceptional business acumen and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvement changes.
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills to influence business leaders and work in a matrixed environment
  • Comprehensive Project Management experience
