KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER for Givaudan Flavours Poland – Your future position? Are you aiming at working as a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER and be a strategic partner to food and beverage companies and together with local marketing and technical teams co-developing consumer-preferred solutions in a highly dynamic space with offerings spanning from classical flavours to taste solutions to kitchen ingredients to functional and nutritional ingredients and solutions? As KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER you will drive business results and budgets by enabling the right focus through strategy and account development plans and their execution in the market place. It means: - You will develop together with Country Commercial Director and local Marketing and Technical teams your key account strategies and development plans - You will collaborate with the Country Commercial Director and local teams to ensure translation of account strategies into the Polish market, segment strategies and their execution as well as implementation in the market place - You will be accountable for the successful implementation of your account strategies to deliver sustainable business and market share growth as well as delivering on budget targets in a systematic fashion - You will drive customer-centric thinking and taking the customer’s perspective in wider organisation; ensure freshness in thinking and inspiration in organization, linking with other functions and driving best services and practises - You will develop a close relationship with customers on country and regional level. You will adapt and deploy global and regional promotions, capabilities and innovation according to local needs, driving customer value & sales through winning customer briefs. You will act fast on emerging business opportunities through customer-relevant value propositions. This role will be based in our Warsaw office. Sound intriguing?
