We are looking for a highly motivated professional as HR Support in Poland for Lodz Shared Service Center. Responsibilities: Managing e-learning platform for Food Safety training: liaising with the provider and local HR or QA, account creation, reporting on participation. Organising International Onboarding Days (participants list, communication, logistics, agenda, presence in Wieze during IOD, feedback form + analysis, etc) Organising 2-day introduction for EEMEA participants (communication, logistics, agenda, contact with speakers, etc) Organising other training programs eg Value Selling training in Russia, .... (logistics, communication, reporting) Processing invoices related to L&D EMEA (Purchase Requisitions in SAP), reporting on learning expenses HR Administration support for EEMEA (recording in Success Factors) - constant support for Turkey until the new HR Manager is hired and trained SF training to new hires Ad hoc reports / presentations for Ine Recruitment - job req posting, screening candidates for particular job requisitions, coordination to post on LinkedIn, liaisin with hiring managers, agencies, ... Support in regular hr processes LMS contact for EEMEA Monitoring the Engagement Survey Action plans across EMEA, Masha will need further monitoring Pulse Check - running reports for EMEA, as local HR does not have access to the platform. Qualifications: Minimum 3 year of experience in HR environment Recruitment and Learning & Development experience, Good organizational skills Experience in working wit systems. (Preferrably Success Factors) Strong knowledge of Microsoft office tools Ability to work within multiple deadlines/priorities Collaborate well with others Fluent in English Open to regular travelling around 15% Our strength comes from the passion and expertise of our people.
