We are recruiting a Customer Advocacy Representative Purpose of the role To be a key point of contact between internal and external customers for all quality related queries and to proactively engage with the Commercial team and Quality Team as required to successfully resolve quality roadblocks and leverage quality as a competitive advantage for EMEA customers. To assist the CA Team leader to resolve specific quality issues relating to customer satisfaction To provide Technical support to key customers in terms of enquiries, questionnaires, surveys, audit management, customer specification updates, nutritional data, SDS, technical data, religious certifications, export certifications and other information as required. To comply with key business processes including Customer Complaint Management, GIAP, RMX, sample fulfilment and others as appropriate. To ensure all customer information is kept up to date through effective engagement with key stakeholders and systems To proactively support the SFS/SI MOC and QMM processes to ensure all changes to specifications, policies, customer requirements and legislation updates are effectively communicated, controlled, approved and implemented to mitigate risk to the business. To assist with the coordination of customer audits Qualifications B.S. Degree in science related field Excellent communication skills, ability to speak English fluently is critical and other languages preferred (French, Italian or German) Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and SAP Laboratory experience desired Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks at one time Ability to troubleshoot, address and finalize the resolution of tasks and problems Capability to handle a fast paced environment Knowledge of Tate & Lyle products and product applications desired Some travel required What do we offer?
