Mondelez International is looking for vacancy: Engineer I Gums & Candies - Productivity Position Purpose: Plan and execute with autonomy, prototypes, plant trials and activities related to the implement of new productivity guaranteeing the level of performance and quality expectations agreed with business unit. Identify productivity opportunities, Making the cost analysis and feasibility of projects before starting the implementation. Must be able to identify risks and mitigation plans. Realize Time Tables maping the general activities of each project which must include IIM = O, taking into consideration the product quality, within Mondelez global/regional compliance guidelines . Must actively participate in the project following meetings, with points previously aligned with your manager and expect high interaction with the internal (Purchasing, Marketing, ISC, Consumer Science, BD, etc.) and external multifunctional teams (Suppliers ) of the LA Region/global Know and manage the systems of: Quality (HACCP), GMP's, time management PPMS, Interspec, SAP, electronic logs, My Project; sensory evaluations, shelf life and consumer evaluations. Plan, design and support the execution of plant trials. Develops strong relationships with the function and cross-functionally, participating in an active way in project meetings and multi-functional teams. Ensure compliance of the productivity targets by BU. Qualifications Academic Knowledge: Advanced English is required. Demonstrated ability to complete assignments with high degree of quality. Realize time tables, flexibility & saving analysis of productivity projects Experience: Preferable 1 year of productivity experience desirable in food technology.
