Position Purpose The Regional Supplier Audit Coordinator position exists to Coordinate Supplier Auditing programs in LA & NA regions. The position supports and works directly with Procurement, BU Quality, HQ Quality, Audit Management and Suppliers to coordinate supplier audits and resolve discrepancies with approval status. The job requires frequent communication with Buyers, Food Safety Auditors, Regional Supplier Audit Coordinators (in other regions) and Quality Management to track progress of audits and report results to stakeholders in MEU/EEMEA regions. The role manages large amounts of data associated with supplier audit with Microsoft Excel, Metric Stream and the Meridian Supplier Specification system. Main Responsibilities Support and work directly with Lead Auditors, Management,Procurement and others quality functions needed, to coordinate and manage the region’s audit program for NA&LA regions, making sure the defined supplier schedule is delivered on a yearly basis. Develop and keep updated the Regional Target Lists in Metric Stream and populate with suppliers due an audit in current year. Responsible for adding/deleting permissions for the Target List and Document Library. Responsible for keeping and updating all information in MSI-management software. Contact person to deal with any technical issue and making sure this is properly addressed with the external support. Direct contact with suppliers to resolve questions, facilitate participation, determine if line assessment is needed, schedule audit and review audit program. Review GFSI audit reports required for the approval of the tier 4 suppliers. Direct planning and schedule BU/R auditors to comply with “run rules” for internal audits. Point person for 3rd party auditing companies for Packaging suppliers to field questions, contact supplier, receive and manage reports. Organize meetings with Procurement and BU Quality to ensure understanding of details and expectations of the program, disapprovals, escalated issues. Resolve escalated issues by working directly with Procurement and buyers. Collaborate with Management to roll-out program, and serve as sole point of contact between Mondelēz and procurement to resolve issues. Train and manage contractors on the program, process of calls, updating Interspec (Meridian), Target list, and guide through questions from suppliers and Procurement. Meet with individual Procurement categories monthly and key suppliers up to 4x/year. New supplier audit requests: Own and manage the audit request process for new suppliers, completion of forms, direct contact with suppliers to resolve questions, facilitate participation, schedule audit and review audit program. Determine types of audit by collecting information needed to determine ingredient classification. Prepare weekly and monthly supplier reports: Analyze data and populate numbers for monthly management reports. Responsible for maintaining regional data on Global Supplier and Packaging Database: Ensure all regional data is accurate and up to date. Work with other regional coordinators to resolve and reconcile differences on Global Supplier team site. Collaborate with other regional coordinators to manage audit data, resolve and track large amounts of supplier audit data and information in Interspec (Meridian) supplier database. Administration and processing of information for the following programs: Track, send, monitor, follow-up and file all Supplier, Packaging, 3rd Party audit reports. Assign 3rd party audit reviews to auditors and upload completed reports. Upload audit reports to document library. Create POs for Swiss Food and Intertek, SAP. Qualifications Academic Knowledge Education background in Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Engineering, Chemistry or Technology. Working Knowledge Technical knowledge on raw materials and technology, mainly related with food industry. Abilities Fluent ability for communication in English.
