Givaudan invites you to discover more at www.givaudan.com. About the Role: The International Assignment Coordinator is the part of the Global Business Solutions (GBS) HR team. You will assist local HR PoCs, Assignees and the Regional CoEs to provide compliant and high standard services throughout the international mobility event. You will be the contact for global inbound and outbound moves within the company group and will manage the coordination of the Givaudan mobility program. You will interact with multiple stakeholders (employee, Field HR, CoE, payroll, vendors) and will need to coordinate and ensure the timely end-to-end execution of the international relocation events with the help of internal and external service providers. You Will: Coordinate and monitor the timely execution of the international assignment (IA) related services, such as immigration-, relocation-, tax-, health insurnce and destination services via external vendors. Have a good understanding on Givaudan’s Global International Assignment Mobility policies and make sure that the related services as performed in line policies, track exceptions and seek for approvals if needed. Serve as a PoC for various stakeholders during the IA move and ensure that IA related queries are resolved in a timely, accurate and compliant way. Analyse and route requests that cannot be solved on a 1st level to the appropriate next line support; prioritize issues Support Regional CoE Managers by creating IA related reports, work with different data sources and tools to compile International Assignment related costs, evaluate data reliability and build reports. Ensure that International Assignement related cost recharge processes are delivered in an effective and timely manner. Participate in performing quarterly COLA calculations. Ensure that international assignees’ payroll and third party vendor costs are duly recharged to ensure tax compliance and strive to identify opportunities for continuous development. Secure data integrity and make sure that assignment related data are entered and kept in the relevant systems/trackers in an accurate and consistent way.
