Summary: This position is responsible for filling, packing, and sealing product in accordance with process and quality standards so as to meet production schedules assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Fill, pull and package product into clean containers, at the proper weight and label and date code correctly. Load and label pallets correctly. Distinguish acceptable product from unacceptable product. Start up and shut down operations for line. Manager, Commercial Finance   The Commercial Finance Manager (CFM) will provide analytical leadership for a team of analysts providing customer profitability analysis.  Managing $350M+  annual revenue and 200+ (indirect & indirect) retail customers, the CFM will also support the revenue growth opportunities by using expert financial analysis, interpersonal/leadership, and MIS skill and be the owner of the pricing models used to structure pricing proposals.   Because this person will regularly be involved in Senior Management discussions around existing account profitability and their go-forward pricing positions, as well as, the financial implications of strategic growth initiatives and new channel penetration strategies, the CFM must have strong interpersonal and proven communication skills.    Major/Key Accountabilities Provide leadership for customer profitability analysis performed by the team utilizing current pricing models as the foundation.
