My client is a highly successful multi-national flavours and fragrances manufacturer looking to add a talented and driven Export Sales Manager to join their commercial team to supply personal care manufacturers and cosmetics manufacturers based in Columbia. Based in Colombia, the ideal candidate will be able to speak, read and write fluently in Spanish, and ideally having a good ability to communicate in English and / or French, with a good knowledge of the flavours and frangrances industry supplying into manufacturers.

The Role:

    • Account Management and look at new business opportunities
    • Securing new clients and assessing their potential for profitable growth
    • Analysing client feedback in order to meet their demands
    • Provide technical advice to clients
    • Ensuring client satisfaction by monitoring and processing their requests up and to completion
    • Negotiating agreements with clients
    • Signing orders and supervising billing and payments
    • Reporting

    The Candidate:

    • Bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English or French
    • Experience selling flavours or fragrances into manufacturers
    • Commercially competent
    • Good account management and new business development experience
    • A desire to develop your career
