The person in this role will manage Industrial sales activities and accelerate sales in EMEA (the territory) to exceed our annual and strategic plans.  Manage an existing portfolio of customers in the territory Mange new distributors that are on-boarded for the Industrial business Uncover and develop new business opportunities with the liquid natural polymer within EMEA in line with Industrial strategy and growth.  Requirements Explore new markets and hunt for new opportunities by identifying unmet customer needs and developing solutions to grow liquid natural polymer sales. Accelerating business growth for the Industrial business by delivering annual sales volume, value and innovation promise targets.  Build and maintain strong customer relationships with frequent contact, leveraging the company's expertise and services to bring value to customers. Develop new technical solutions to improve existing products and customer manufacturing processes. Conduct technical lab trials and scaling-up products to translate into new concepts for the market and explain these products to new and existing customers.  Uncover, develop & deliver high profile customer projects, resulting in new business.
