Because our business focus is so broad, the scope of career opportunities within Barry Callebaut can cover many functional areas.   Summary: Reporting to the HR Director BE/NL/Nordics, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a productive Talent Acquisition strategy.  He/she steers the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle across multiple functions in different functional areas and levels in the organization and acts as an advisor to the business in all recruitment related activities. He/she leads the process for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. He/she coaches the Talent Acquisition team and drives several recruitment and employer branding related projects. Tasks: You develop a sustainable recruitment and sourcing strategy, aligning staffing to the core values and objectives of the company. You design, plan and execute the employer branding activity. You respond to enquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about our recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the organization’s standards of privacy and confidentiality. You apply direct sourcing techniques, proactively searching for the right candidates by cold calling, database -and internet searches. You partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process You continuously follow-up on and optimize the Onboarding process for optimal candidate experience. You manage the internal pipeline of candidates and you partner with our Center of Expertise “Talent Management” on internal talent movements.  You coordinate assessment(s) (centers) if required in the hiring process. You prepare job offers in accordance with the agreed job specifications and you draft the labor agreements. You manage the Talent Acquisition team, being responsible for white collar and blue collar recruitment.  Profile: You have an academic Master Degree in Organizational Psychology, Economics or similar You have between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience in HR including Recruitment, preferably in a complex international environment and/or executive search firm. Broad experience in sourcing for senior level across various functional areas. You bring corporate experience and specific business understanding You have in-depth knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and employer branding techniques. You are familiar with different selection methodologies and recruitment tools. You are fluent in English, French and Dutch.
