Description Program/Project Leadership& Execution - Lead packaging innovation projects in biscuit category to meet technical strategies and business goals. - Deliver other KPI (QI and BM) in biscuit category by drive for project/program implementation and take corrected action. - Manage packaging development process through continualy search for key drivers of project success and make necessary adjustments both internally and externally to ensure more critical, efficient and impactful processes are employed to deliver business objectives. - Manage people resource and expenses budget in order to deliver KPI in fiscal year and incumbent technical capability for Long Run Plan. GPI Projects Co-development & Execution - As the AMEA region representative, be part of the GPI project development team if regional involvement is required, the innovation may include new packaging material, new packaging function, new packing format and new packing engineering introduction or reformulate current ones. - Overall responsible for GPI projects roll out in AMEA region. Including packing format is preferred for AMEA region, and balances the manufacture capability in the region. Packaging Representative in AMEA Region - Work as the regional packaging representative for AMEA Biscuit key stakeholders in Singapore HQ, such as marketing, ISC, procurement, etc. SEA, ANZ/JP, India MKT contact point - Work as the key contact point for SEA, ANZ/JP, and Indian marketing; provide sufficient and efficient support for the business in those markets. Technical Support, Compliance, Safety, Security & Environment - Review and approve technical documents & specifications from direct reports’ project work. Ensure compliance of technical programs and procedures with government regulations and corporate standards for product. - Capture and evaluate emerging packaging technologies and market based trends in biscuit and assess implications and apply to current portfolio through internal/external technology programs and identifies areas of application. - Support and actively participate in the sites Safety, Security and Environment Management systems and programs to drive a safe working culture that complies with regulatory and Mondelēz’s standards and delivers zero accidents. Qualifications - Packaging/Scientific/Technical/Engineering degree or equivalent dedicated packaging qualification - More than 5 years people management skill and at least 10 years’ experience in packaging - Ability to leverage internal and external resources and work in a matrix organizational structure - Professional project management skill and people management skill - Have a basic knowledge of food industrial technology - Good inter-personal skill - Good command of English & computer skills - FMCG packaging knowledge & experience is preferred
