Position Summary: Perform maintenance activities that provide services necessary to sustain fragrance and flavor manufacturing plant operations. Skills & Abilities: Must have a broad technical background encompassing electrical, piping and mechanical systems. Must have the ability to analyze and solve problems in mechanical, piping and electrical systems. The ability to interpret equipment drawings, parts diagrams, blueprints and instructions. Disassemble and repair various pieces of equipment including pumps, fans, gearboxes and etc. Takes leadership role and direct others or contractors in complex repair work at the site. Welding skills are a plus. Safety/Regulatory Training Requirements LOTO, confined space, and fall protection. Must have the ability to wear a respirator. Having prior GMP experience, HAZCOM training, low pressure boiler license, refrigerant license, first aid or first responder training is a plus.
